| A really cool (Free) tool that I found, with the help of
John (DCSI) is the Traffic Analysis Tool. I had heard about this, and always
said I wanted to try it. John took a few minutes and showed me how useful it
could be, and he was right. |

This was one of the first times I ran it. This
is not good. We found out we had some major issues going on.
Flat lines indicate issues.

After doing some tweaking, fixing a bad phone line, and rescheduling our network
backups, we have improved the response time quite a bit.

5/1/2008 - We have converted our last dial-up to IP based communications.
